Q: What is your minimum order quantity?

A: AMA Embroidery has NO minimum quantity.  However, you will pay more for smaller quantities.

Q: Does your company provide logo design?

A: Yes, AMA offers professional art creation and digitizing.

Q: What is digitizing?

A:  Digitizing is the process of converting a graphic to an embroidery format that an embroidery machine can recognize.

Q: Can I provide my own garments?

A: Yes, You can provide your own garments.  However, your pricing will be doubled for each garment, and AMA will NOT be responsible for replacement of any damaged or un-repairable garments due to machine malfunction.

Q: Do you offer large quantity discounts?

A: Yes, the more your order the cheaper your pricing is.

Q:  What is normal turn around time?

A: Normal turnaround is 3-10 working days, depending on where the garments come from.  Some orders can be done quicker.
